What makes our life happy? The happiness in relationship, fulfilment in career, amazing health, or financial freedom? While all of these important these are all external factors of our life we discuss here the happiness from within.

“The quality of thoughts determine quality of your life”

Have you heard about this statement? While there are many books and trainings, coaches on mindset that can help with growing the positive mindset to life we understand that basics of our thinking habits are fundamental aspect that determines the quality of our life.

There are many practices to grow a happy mind. A simple feeling of gratitude, observing and appreciating the beauty of nature, can greatly enhance one’s perspective on life. Doing what you love and interacting with like-minded people also enhances the quality of life.

Gratitude Practice

Cultivating gratitude involves regularly reflecting on the things in your life that you are thankful for. This can shift your focus from what’s lacking to what you have, promoting a happier mindset.

Keep a gratitude journal where you write down three things you’re grateful for each day. These can be simple things like a good meal, a kind word, or a beautiful sunset. Over time, this practice can help you develop a more positive outlook on life.

Radical Acceptance

Radical acceptance is the practice of accepting life as it is, rather than as you wish it to be. It involves letting go of the resistance to reality and acknowledging things that are outside your control.

When faced with a difficult situation, remind yourself to accept the reality of the situation without judgment. This doesn’t mean you approve of it, but rather that you recognise it for what it is.

Cognitive Rewiring

Cognitive restructuring involves identifying and challenging negative or distorted thought patterns, replacing them with more balanced and realistic thoughts.

When you notice a negative thought, ask yourself if it’s based on facts or assumptions. Challenge it by considering alternative perspectives or more positive interpretations. For example, instead of thinking, “I’ll never be good at this,” reframe it to, “I’m learning and improving with practice.”

No complains – no problemas

Free from complains is powerful challenge where during the week or more you practice to resist to complain. It does not mean you live in denial of the thing you dont agree about or dislike. But rather seeing positive in the situation or understanding that you might dont have all information to judge the people in the situation or process.

The practice can be one through accepting the challenge for period of time. Notice how your perception will be shifted. Leave us a note or message at social media. Look for the tag #nocomplains_noproblemas
