Mind, Body and Soul the synergy of three

Mind

The mind operates on two levels: the consciousness and the subconsciousness. The conscious mind handles reasoning, decision-making, and awareness of the present, while the subconscious stores memories, emotions, and patterns that influence behavior beneath the surface. Together, they shape our perception of reality and our responses to it. The mind also serves as a bridge to the divine, allowing us to access higher states of awareness and connect with universal wisdom through introspection, meditation, or spiritual practice. When aligned with deeper consciousness, the mind transcends its egoic patterns and becomes a channel for divine insight and purpose.

Body

The body serves as the physical vessel that connects the mind and soul, operating as a synergy of complex systems that sustain life. It is more than just a biological structure; the body is an expression of energy and vitality that allows us to experience the world. Through sensory input, the body anchors us to the present moment, providing a tangible way to engage with reality. It also mirrors our inner state, often reflecting the mind’s tension or the soul’s tranquility in physical forms like posture, breath, or movement. When the body is in harmony with the mind and soul, it becomes a powerful medium for grounding and presence.

The Alignment and synergy  of three mind, body, and soul  create a balanced and holistic perception of reality. Each plays a unique role in shaping our existence—the mind processes and interprets, the body experiences and grounds, and the soul connects and transcends—together forming the foundation for a fulfilling and harmonious life.

Soul

The soul is often viewed as the eternal essence of a person, encompassing interconnected aspects that influence different dimensions of our body. It is the centre of our deepest awareness, transcending the mind and body to touch a realm of timeless consciousness. In many philosophies, the soul is seen as a guiding force that brings meaning and unity to life.

Through The Real Wellbeing website, we delve into the interconnected dimensions of physiological, psychological, and emotional wellbeing. Our aim is to share valuable insights drawn from research, discoveries, and the works of brilliant minds. These contributions, presented in books and studies, offer ideas, tools, and practical tips to help us live our lives to their fullest and most meaningful potential.

The life feels purposeful when  these two aspects are harmonised, using the Divine Soul to guide the Natural Soul, and in doing so, transform the physical world into a dwelling place for the Divine. This balance brings wholeness to the individual and contributes to the greater purpose of creation.
In the book Nano the two souls describes the human nature on a spiritual and behavioural levels.
The Natural soul as ego or the desire to receive for the self alone.

The Divine Soul is our spiritual essence, whose whole nature is to share. With Free Will, in any given moment, we can choose to act upon our awareness.

Awareness is not just about being mentally educated; it’s about being deeply in tune with both ourselves and the greater forces at play in the world. If we’re unaware of the Light (the Creator’s energy) and the Adversary (the forces pulling us away from our true nature), we’re not fully awakened.

To raise our awareness, we must begin to see the Adversary’s influence in our lives and separate ourselves from it. The more we understand and resist those lower, ego-driven forces, the more we awaken to our true potential. Ultimately, the Light is the source of all true awareness, and we are the vessels meant to receive and reflect that divine clarity.

You could be highly intelligent and still be caught in misery, or you could be less intellectually gifted but deeply content and fulfilled.

The highest state of awareness is when we align with the Light—representing the source of all, wisdom, understanding, and divine clarity. This awareness is infinite and encompasses everything, offering deep fulfillment and total knowledge.

What makes your reality

In The Power of Now book by Eckhart Tolle describes perception of reality as interplay between the mind and the deeper consciousness of the soul. For most people, reality is filtered through the mind, which thrives on endless thoughts, memories, and projections into the future or past. This tendency pulls us away from the present moment, creating a fragmented experience of life that often feels disconnected, anxious, or unsatisfying.
The author suggests that the root of this distortion lies in how we are consumed by “psychological time,” where we replay past events or worry about the future instead of fully living in the now ofter referred as being present.

A key element of this distorted perception is the ego, which Tolle describes as a false sense of self that forms through attachment to roles, possessions, and mental identities. The ego craves validation and thrives on control, shaping how we see the world in ways that perpetuate its dominance. It drives us to judge, resist, and compare, leaving us stuck in patterns of fear, desire, and dissatisfaction. This ego-driven existence blinds us to see the deeper, more authentic experience of reality.

Search after meaning of life

The importance of balancing the mind and the soul to perceive reality more truthfully. The goal is not to silence the mind but to put it in service of consciousness.

In the book Nano by Rav Berg our Ego described as Desire to receive for the Self Alon

The purpose of life is about overcoming our ego’s impulses. We’re here to face situations that challenge us and provoke our natural reactions. Each of us has a mission, and part of that mission is to resist the urges of our ego mind. When something happens—whether good or bad—it’s a test. If we react impulsively, we give more power to the ego, making it harder to accomplish our purpose. The world grows darker as chaos grows stronger.

But if we resist these reactions, even though it might be painful, we start to become more in control. By doing so, we take a step closer to eliminating the chaos within ourselves and the world around us. Our ultimate goal is to reach a state where we no longer react from ego, and in doing so, we help bring more peace to the world.
